Lisa
Front Desk Coordinator
I can be found at our front desk answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and most importantly, making patients feel welcome. I enjoy interacting with patients and their families. It is so exciting to watch them get started with treatment and see as their confidence builds as their smiles transform. Dr. Davila is very friendly and is very thorough with his patients. While we’re all very serious about patient care, we all like to have fun, too. Our patients look forward to being here, and sometimes it’s hard to get them to leave!
I am married and have three wonderful children. My free time is spent enjoying time with my family and friends. We like many outdoor activities and watching movies together.
Christel
Treatment Coordinator
I am responsible for greeting new patients, giving tours of our office, going over proposed treatment plans, and explaining financial options. I love interacting with our patients, getting to know them personally and watch them achieve a beautiful smile while they are growing up. I was an adult when I got braces, so I can relate to our adult patients, too. Dr. Davila is so sweet with our patients. He, along with the rest of our team, truly has a passion for orthodontics.
My husband, Joel, and I have three children, Kyle, Zack, and Kailee, as well as a dog named Crash. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching the kids’ baseball and soccer games and ballet recitals, and going to the beach.
Jessica
Clinical Coordinator
I handle all clinic inventory, assist Dr, Davila with patients, and help our clinic run smoothly. My favorite part of my job is being able to make a difference in our patients' life. It is truly amazing to have such a positive effect on someone by changing their self esteem and watching them transform and grow. I enjoy being able to touch someone’s life in a way where they won’t forget you and you don’t forget them! Our team is very energetic, and able to have fun. We sing, dance, and laugh ‘til we cry!
I have a wonderful boyfriend. We also have 2 dogs, named Bella and Peyton. I enjoy the outdoors, love to work out, run with my dog, cook, garden, and spend time with my family and friends.
Holly
Clinical Assistant
I assist Dr. Davila with bracket placement, changing wires, removing brackets, patient instructions and hygiene education, and making sure our office is stocked with everything we need to give patients the best care possible. I interact with my patients by putting myself in their shoes. It is wonderful to see the excitement in each patient as they go through their treatment and watch the smile on their face when their braces are removed. Our team loves to laugh, have fun, and sing along to the music in our office.
My husband’s name is Scott and we have one daughter, Ellie, and a miniature Schnauzer named Ali. As a family, we enjoy being at the lakes, boating, and family cookouts. We enjoy cooking together and trying new recipes, going for walks, taking pictures, and just relaxing outdoors.

Clinical Assistant
I can be found assisting Dr. Davila in the clinic. He is such a kind and talented orthodontist. He has a great sense of humor and is wonderful to work with. My favorite part of my job is getting to know the patients and their families. It is great to see their beautiful smiles progress during treatment. Our team loves spending time together in and outside the office. Whether we’re going out to dinner or bowling, we always have fun!
At home, I have a dog named Elie and a cat named Nala. I enjoy practicing yoga and scrap-booking when I’m not at work or at school at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. I hope to attend dental school in the near future.
Brendan
Clinical Assistant
I assist Dr. Davila by changing wires and bands and anything else he needs to provide excellent care to our patients. Working here, I get to meet so many different people every day. It’s a lot of fun to get to know them a little better after each visit. The best part of getting orthodontic treatment here is all the laughter and fun we have with each other!
When I’m not in the office I enjoy exercising, playing golf, snow-boarding, reading, and traveling. I also give swim lessons at the Westview Healtheplex. I want to become a dentist someday.
Kristi
Lab Coordinator
I am responsible for updating patient records, making and ordering retainers, assisting when patients get their braces off, and taking any necessary pictures and radiographs. I enjoy interacting with all my patients, especially the children. It is my goal to make them feel as comfortable as possible when they are in our office. I love spending time with them and being a part of their beautiful smiles. Dr. Davila is very compassionate with his patients. He is always proud to give them a wonderful smile, and that makes me proud to be a part of his team. We love having a good time with our patients and parents.
I have three wonderful children: Connor, Camryn, and Carson. They are all involved in many sports, so being their biggest fan takes up most of my free time. When I get the chance, I enjoy cooking, going on walks, and spending time with family and friends.
Tina
Lab Tech / Orthodontic Assistant
I assist Dr. Davila in preparing patients for braces, taking any necessary impressions, pictures, and X-rays, and helping to remove braces to reveal beautiful new smiles. I like to talk with my patients and make sure they have fun while under my care. They’re such great people and learning about their interests, school, or work is the highlight of my day. I feel very fortunate to have a hand in improving my patients’ smiles.
My husband’s name is Chris and we have a son named Gavin, a daughter named Lydia, two cats, Spaz and Simba, and Goober, our fish. In my spare time I like to geocache with my friends and family, play cards, and go camping.
